The two brands, TamJai SamGor Mixian and Tam Tsai Yunnan Mixian, originated from the same family, but have slightly different management styles. Currently, both are operated by Tam Tsai International, a subsidiary of Toridoll Holdings, the parent company of Japan's Marugame Seimen.
譚仔三哥米線與譚仔雲南米線兩個品牌源於同一個家族, 經營風格略有不同, 現時兩者皆由日本「丸龜製麵」母公司旗下的「譚仔國際」經營。

TamJai SamGor Mixian is a popular chain of rice noodle restaurants in Hong Kong. It specializes in Yunnan cuisine, especially spicy and hot soup rice noodles and bandit chicken wings, which are loved by spicy food lovers. The restaurant focuses on the concept of "self-selected rice noodles". Customers can freely match the soup base, main dish, ingredients and spiciness to create a personalized bowl of rice noodles. In addition to spicy soup base, there are also light options to suit different tastes.
