麥奀記雲吞麵
Mak Kwong Kee Wonton Noodles is a famous noodle shop in Hong Kong, famous for its traditional wonton noodles. Its history can be traced back to Chi Kee Wonton Noodle Shop in Guangzhou before the war. It was founded by Mak Kwong (originally named Mak King Hung), the son of the founder Mak Won Chi. The characteristics of this shop are:
Soup base: made with bighead carp and shrimp, with a sweet taste.
Wonton: The filling is made of fresh whole shrimp and minced bighead carp, with a thin and smooth skin.
Noodles: Made with whole duck eggs, no water is added. In the early years, the noodles were beaten by hand with bamboo scoops, but now they are made by machines.
Mak Kwong Kee's wonton noodles are small in size, but the taste is delicate and deeply loved by diners. It has been recommended by Michelin and has opened many branches in Hong Kong and Macau. Although the price is higher than that of ordinary tea restaurants, it still attracts many celebrities and food critics to come and taste it.

麥奀記雲吞麵是一家香港著名的麵店，以其傳統的雲吞麵聞名。其歷史可追溯至戰前廣州的池記雲吞麵店，由創辦人麥煥池的兒子麥奀（原名麥鏡鴻）創立。這家店的特色在於：
湯底：以大地魚和蝦子熬製，味道鮮甜。
雲吞：內餡由新鮮全蝦及大地魚末製成，皮薄而滑。
麵條：採用全鴨蛋製作，不加水，早年由人手以竹升打麵，現在則由機器製作。
麥奀記的雲吞麵份量較小，但口感細膩，深受食客喜愛。它曾獲得米其林推薦，並在香港及澳門開設多家分店。雖然價格較一般茶餐廳高，但仍吸引不少名人和食評家前來品嚐。
