Snake King Fans (Snake King Fun) is a Cantonese restaurant with a history of more than 100 years. It was founded in 1895 and was originally run by the Wu family. It is famous for its snake soup and stews.
Special dishes:
Signature snake soup: made with five kinds of snake meat, paired with black fungus, fruit peel, bamboo shoots, bamboo shoots, ham and other ingredients, with a rich taste.
Stewed soup: such as conch chicken feet stew, Polygonatum odoratum and coconut stewed chicken, etc., the soup base is sweet and nourishing.
Preserved glutinous rice: the store makes its own sausage and duck liver sausage, paired with shredded rice, and the aroma is overflowing.
Orange wine ribs: the sauce is made with orange juice, orange meat and Cointreau orange wine, with a moderate sweetness and sourness.
Snake Wang Fen not only provides snake soup, but also barbecue, clay pot rice and various Cantonese dishes, suitable for diners with different tastes. This restaurant has been recommended by Michelin and is loved by local diners and tourists.

蛇王芬是一家擁有超過百年歷史的粵菜老店，創立於 1895 年，最初由吳氏家族經營，並以蛇羹和燉湯聞名。特色菜式：
招牌蛇羹：以五種蛇肉熬製，搭配木耳、果皮、筍絲、竹蔗、火腿等食材，口感濃郁。
燉湯：如響螺雞腳燉湯、玉竹椰子燉雞等，湯底鮮甜，滋補養生。
臘味糯米飯：店家自家製臘腸與鴨膶腸，搭配絲苗白飯，香氣四溢。
橙酒骨：以橙汁、橙肉與君度橙酒調製醬汁，酸甜適中。 蛇王芬不僅提供蛇羹，還有燒味、煲仔飯及各式粵菜，適合不同口味的食客。這家店曾獲 米芝蓮推薦，並深受本地食客及遊客喜愛。

1. The Central restaurant is located at the ground floor of 30 Cochrane Street, Central, Hong Kong, close to Exit D2 of the MTR Central Station, and is about a 7-minute walk away.

這家店位於 香港中環閣麟街30號地舖(威靈頓街交界)，鄰近港鐵中環站 D2 出口，步行約 7 分鐘即可到達。

2. The Snake King Fun branch in Shatin is called Four Seasons Fun Fong and is located at Shop 363A, 3/F, New Town Plaza Phase 3. You can take MTR to Shatin.

沙田的蛇王芬分店名為四季芬芳，位於新城市廣場三期3樓363A號舖, 港鐵沙田站可達。
