Central Market

Central Market is a historic market in Hong Kong, dating back to 1858 and transformed into a modern market in 1939. It is located at 93 Queen's Road Central and 80 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong Island, and was once one of the busiest markets in Hong Kong. Features and History:
Architectural Style: It is a modern streamlined building that emphasizes horizontal lines and practical functions.
Revitalization Project: After it ceased operations in 2003, the Urban Renewal Authority revitalized it and reopened it in 2021.
Current Use: It has been converted into a cultural and shopping center, providing dining, retail and leisure space, and retaining some historical elements.

Tsuen Wan Line: Transfer to Island Line at Admiralty Station to Central.
Tung Chung Line: Get off at Hong Kong Station and walk to Central.
Airport Express: Get off at Hong Kong Station and walk to Central.
